Policy Overview:

1. Student must arrive on time and bring all necessary materials to lessons.
2. Consistent practice time is expected of each student.
3. Lesson fees will not be adjusted for student absences. ( Exception: death in family or extended illness) All instructors have their own make-up policy.
4. For your convenience, fees will be prorated for teacher absence. Unless a make-up lesson is desired.
5. Parent of student will call to notify of missed lesson or decision to withdraw.
6. Fees are as following: private lessons- $74/month Group lessons- $58/month ($10.00 discount available if fees are paid by the 10th of each month)
7. Annual registration fee: $20.00 per family due at registration for continuing students, by September 1st.
8. All fees are due at the 1st class/lesson. Reminders will be mailed after week 1. A courtesy call will be made after week 2. Class/lesson will be suspended after week 3.
9. No food or drinks in the studio.
10. The students should finish all snacks and make sure hands are clean before that lesson/class time.
