Private Voice

Singers have the opportunity to choose their preferred style of music while learning the rudiments of proper vocal technique. i.e. correct breathing, vocal exercises, body position.

Private Violin

The violin students are taught the traditional method which includes ear training and music reading. Fundamentals of violin include correct body positioning, intonation and technique.

Private Drum

Drums are an instrument. In fact, they are the most important instrument in the band. The drummer is responsible for keeping a steady rhythm pattern and the tempo. The majority of our drum students read music. To begin lessons, you dont need a drum set, but bring the sticks! (7ANS) (thats secret drum code for size 7A with a nylon tip!)

Private Bass

The forgotten ones! Combined with the drummer, they provide the rhythm section of the band. Cool Point: With the ration currently at 80 guitar players to 1 bass player, you can always get a gig!

Private Banjo

Students can choose bluegrass, gospel or both on one of Americas earliest instruments.

Private Flute

The beautiful woodwind - all students will learn music reading, proper technique and body posture.

Group Lessons

Group Piano

Group Piano is a small group situation for individuals desiring piano instruction. It is a multi-sensory class and develops basic skills in note-reading, theory, rhythm, sight singing, notation, ear training, technique and ensemble playing. As this is a group situation, each student must continually progress as to not be left behind. If the student must miss a class, assignments will be given and they will be expected to learn the material before the next class. Fingernails should be kept short as to facilitate correct hand position and technique.

Kindermusik

The worlds leading music and movement program for children ages Newborn 7 years. Kindermusik suggests four different age-appropriate classes designed to carry your child from infancy to school-age through the most formative years of their life. Many skills are taught including ear training, developing rhythm, singing, story-time, playing many various instruments, music theory, note-reading, technique, ensemble-playing and much, much more all while enjoying music with your child! A good beginning never ends.

Dance

Dance

Through dance, children discover discipline, rhythm, coordination, flexibility, strength, grace and stamina. We offer ballet (up to point) and hip hop. Ballet includes all five basic positions, basic leaps and step combinations. Hip Hop includes "kid friendly" street movements that are action packed. New creative steps are always incorporated.

Tumbling

Tumbling includes rolls, cartwheels, roundoffs, back handsprings, and back tucks. It enhances physical fitness, gives kids body confidence and promotes self esteem. As a child's skills progress, they become increasingly confident in their physical abilities. This confidence often spills over into other areas of a child's life.

Karate

Karate

Karate employs techniques that build strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, balance and coordination. While the physical benefits of karate are undeniable, this popular sport has many non-physical benefits for children as well. Karate encourages kids to draw on their own strengths and strive for their personal best.
